my 10" tiger shovelnose is gone dont no were looked everywere only think i can think of is that one of my big peacock bass ate him sad.gif but i dont no how one of them managed it if they did poor bugger he was growing so well

Sorry to hear that, do you run a sump anyway he could have escaped down there? I'v ehad it ahppen before suprising how small a gap they can manage to get down.

I lost a 13" shovelnose (Sorubim lima) a while back, got out through the corner hole where the filter pipes came in. I could hardly get my finger in, so how it got through I don't know. Found it at the other end of the garage.

i have looked high and low again still no sign sad.gif i fed the peacock bass earlyer and the bigger one wasnt intrested in food so i think i no were he has gone,, im just running an fx5 and a rena xp4 all with strainer gaurds on, i just cant see how the peacock bass could of eaten it ummm i dont really no i will check again just to make sure he aint got out..
